Ingredients -
500 grams beef mince
2 medium onions
5 cloves of garlic
2 tins of canned tomatoes
Two tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Extra virgin olive oil
500 grams of spaghetti
METHOD -
sauce :
Heat the pot to medium heat and drizzle the olive oil in the pan
Chop the onions and garlic into fine pieces
Fry the chopped onions and garlic until it becomes soft.
Add the beef mince to the pot and fry it until it becomes golden brown
Once the meat becomes golden brown add two tins of tomatoes and two tablespoons of tomato paste
Mix it well.
Put the salt, pepper and oregano and mix it in with the sauce.
Cook the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes
pasta :
Boil water with a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a separate pot on high heat
Once the water has boiled, add 500g of spaghetti.
Cook the spaghetti until it is al dente
Once the pasta is cooked strain the water in a strainer over the sink
Put the hot pasta in a serving bowl
Add as much bolognese sauce as you want on the on top of your plain pasta
Mix it well
