hello! my name is alex and i just graduated in september :) you may or may not remember me; funny, gifted, intelligent, and exceedingly humble. anyways, i suppose i don’t have too much advice on studying tips, because let's face it, i did exactly what i’m sure you’re doing: google doc after google doc of notes and the homework that was set (when i remembered it existed).
i suppose my main piece of advice is to take it day by day and don’t let small things affect either your schoolwork or your mental health. the main way i separated the “fun” part of school and the studious part was actually the wildflower blog! the wildflower spotify (and my own) was the main way i engaged with bethlehem without getting bogged down in HSC past papers and my endless list of google docs.
and! for all the year 10s who are choosing their subjects for the HSC! please please PLEASE pick subjects you know for a fact you will enjoy! despite being forced into doing religion and english you have free reign over what you want to do! one of my biggest regrets is dropping art to continue doing biology. please remember that every and any career choice is a valid one as long as you are happy and healthy :)
