Hi everyone!
So a lot of girls have approached me about their interest in writing a wildflower article but don't know what to do or what to write! so in this article, I'm going to answer some frequently asked questions!
How long does my article have to be?
As long as you like! But for a lot of people that seems too broad! The truth is your article could be as long or as short as you want! It can be 100 words, it can be 1000, it can be 5000 if you truly want to write that much. But there is no pressure in writing, this is a platform to empower you to express your interests.
What could I write about?
You could write about your favourite artist, or video games, or musical, or actress! You could write about your favourite politician, favourite movies! You could show your favourite fashion looks either from you or someone else! You could share your love of animals, maths, science, or any subject! Show your photos, artworks, dances, music covers! You can give makeup tips, show your makeup looks, your favourite hairstyles! it's an endless list and if you have any questions don't feel afraid to email us.
I'm a teacher, can I write an article?
Of course! Teachers are encouraged to share their passions, thoughts, recipes or anything with us. We don't bite!
Where do I write it and where do I share it?
You could either write it on an email to wildflower or write it on a google doc and share it with us! our email is bcawildflower@gmail.com :)
When do I have to hand it in by?
You could hand it in as early as the previous edition comes out on the Friday, and as late as the Thursday night before the new edition comes out. (please send it before 9 pm tho because I have to keep up with the Kardashians)
What do you do in the wildflower team? and can I join?
Of course! Anyone is welcome to join the wildflower team. We actually try to have meetings every Tuesday at lunch in the middle of TBlock. In these meetings, we discuss ways to improve wildflower engagement, ways to improve the website, and new initiatives.
