In 1917, Mother Mary appeared to three shepherd children, Lucia 10, Francisco 9, and Jacinta 7, in Portugal. During this and following apparitions to Lucia, Our Mother Mary calls us to holiness through prayer by praying the Rosary daily…
Mother Mary asks us for such a simple thing!!!
1. This powerful and simple prayer only takes 15 mins to pray!
2. Even if you don’t pray the Rosary daily, begin by praying this once a week, or even once a month...Our Mother Mary will hear your prayers! (You can come to Rosary group on Wednesdays at Recess in the Chapel to help you begin this!)
3. Mother Mary gives 15 promises to those who pray the Rosary!
Those who pray the Rosary:
Shall receive signal graces
Shall receive my special protection & the greatest graces
Shall have a powerful armor against hell, decrease sin, & defeat heresies
Shall see virtue and good works flourish; their souls will receive the mercy of God; their hearts will be withdrawn from the world and its material vanities
Shall not perish
Shall never be conquered by misfortune; if one is just they will remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life
Shall not die without the sacraments of the Church
Shall have the light of God and His graces; at the moment of death, they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise
Shall be delivered from Purgatory
Shall merit a high degree of glory in Heaven
Shall obtain all you ask of me
Shall be aided by me in their necessities
Shall have the entire celestial court during their life & at the hour of death
Shall be considered as my sons and daughters, and brothers and sisters of my only Son Jesus Christ
Shall obtain a great sign of predestination
If you pray the Rosary you will gain direction in your life AND obtain God’s graces, that will help you in everything you do!

Prayer for schooling and Year 12 students during Covid - 19 pandemic
Lord,
We pray that all students, especially those in Year 12, feel Your presence during this period of remote learning. May You give each student confidence in Your plan for them, and through this, strength to persevere and stay resilient during this time. We ask that You support the anxious and fearful students in this time of uncertainty and distress. May You send them Your gifts of wisdom and knowledge as they attempt to overcome new learning challenges and complete difficult assessments. We pray that students submit themselves to You and trust in Your outstretched hand in all that they do.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
